Blessing Someone At Christmas  - December 19

Granny's Angels teamed up to support a family of four and a kindergarten class of 18 in our local community by preparing gift baskets and essentials. Merry Christmas to everyone and we pray you are blessed this holiday season. Remember, it is better to give than to receive so help someone who might be in need of help!!! I would like to take this moment to thank each and every donor who donated to us or contributed towards our mission. We could not have done a lot of this without you so THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!

Duke Children's Volunteer Mix 101.5 Radiothon - December 17

Members of the Granny's Angels team volunteered at the 25th Annual Mix 101.5 Radiothon for Duke Children's Hospital on Tuesday, December 17th.  Happy to hear to the phones ring and get a donor on the other end to contribute on behalf of the children. Perhaps you'd like to donate and/or volunteer at future events.

It was a rainy day and cold, but boy it felt good to be a part of something wonderful! This experience reminds us of how blessed we are and how important it is to give of our time and donate to help such a worthy cause on behalf of others.

Members of The Woman's Club of Clayton's Club House Monika Story, Jean Barnes, Judy Hoff-man, Judy Ryan, Rachel Masimore and Mary Sinzdak (pictured l-r) worked about two hours at the Pizazz store in Smithfield. They have men, women and children’s clothes, household items and toys. The day was made brighter as members worked and listened to music provided by Jean Barnes. Thanks members for honoring this special day!
